Slow Down

It's been a while, but it's good to be back at it again discovering new tunes. One that has been waiting around in my inbox was this bad boy from Midnight Pool Party called "Slow Down". These guys know how to shuffle a solid modern disco tune together. With a distinct retro vibe, but also modern flavours, "Slow Down" delivers danceability as well as easy listening vibes. Their vocal line bring along a sweet soulful element and their friend Allan McConnell from Close Counters contributes with a nice key solo, adding an extra layer of blissful texture. This tune will be part of the duo's forthcoming Motions EP, but for now give "Slow Down" a listen right here:
