This new one from Born Dirty x Raecola - “Lips Like Sugar” locks in quickly and doesn’t let go. It runs on a tight, controlled groove that feels effortless from the start. Born Dirty keeps the foundation clean and focused. The drums are crisp, the low end is steady, and there is a subtle UKG swing that gives the track a bit of movement without pushing it too far. It sits comfortably between house and tech house, built for flow rather than impact.
I'm not sure who from RaeCola lays that crisp vocal on top but it is exactly what it needs to be. Light, catchy, and woven into the rhythm instead of sitting on top of it. It adds just enough character without taking over.
What really makes it work is the restraint. There is no big peak or forced moment. It just rolls forward with confidence, letting the groove do the heavy lifting. It feels natural in a club setting but just as easy to loop on your own.
