Premiere: Livv - With You
U.S. based artist Lillies In The Valley Of Violets or Livv for short is the alter ego of Aaron Sternick, a new project which is worth paying attention to. His new release called "With You", combines elements from a bigger round of sub-genres, such as nu-disco, house and indie, all wrapped up into a nice and earworm friendly package. The vocals are performed by Livv's long-time collaborator Annie Maxwell, who perfectly enhances the vibe set by the instrumental. "With You" also takes up a very contemporary theme; the longing to be together again. I guess we can all relate to that. Another positive stand-out feature of the track is it's length. I can't remember when I last had a track with this kind of soundscape last more than 7 minutes. Is it too long? Not the slightest! Have a listen yourself!
