Buttons (Tyzo Bloom Remix)

L.A. based producer Tyzo Bloom given Meija's indie hit "Buttons" a makeover and it hits all the right marks. Maybe the original artist is a mystery to you, despite "Buttons" having more than 1,4 million plays on Spotify at the time of writing. To clear up any mystery, the man behind is former Echosmith member Jamie Sierota...of course you know them for their huge hit "Cool Kids".

Now back to the remix by Tyzo Bloom. Sometimes remixes are extreme, daring and wild, however it doesn't take a lot to go overboard and destroy the original piece. This is why this remix is a great example of less is more. Tyzo's decision to stay true to the original vibe pays off. The elements he add are subtle, but noticeable and I love how he has added some sweet muted guitar and a snappy beat to give the overall arrangement a bit more energy.
