The This This

This is today's first track. This is a track by Late Night Alumni, called "The This This. This is the second single from their upcoming 5th album release titled "Eclipse".

Ok..enough with the deliberate use of "this" now :)

Late Night Alumni is a fascinating band, with an identity deeply rooted in electronic music, but way softer and more easily accessible to people, who don't understand the heavy house music. This is primarily because of lead singer Becky Jean Williams absurdly calming and soothing voice. Other band members include John Hancock, Finn Bjarnson and Ryan Raddon (Kaskade). Let The Beat Speak

Another track from Tom Misch's upcoming Beat Tape 2 album has been premiered. Unlike the last track "Falafel" this new one called "Let The Beat Speak" is more downtempo and more beat driven (which explains the title). This piece is also a tribute to J Dilla, who's clearly one of Tom Misch's biggest influences. "Let The Beat Speak" is all you need to know about the track...it's just there to make you feel pleasant.
