In the vast ocean of music covers, certain renditions stand out, not just for their novelty but for the fresh perspective they bring to beloved classics. L.A. based singer, songwriter, producer and all time cool person Lyrah, has created her own interpretation of Fleetwood Mac classic "Everywhere" and it is one of such gems I am taking about. This cover has captivated listeners, offering a new, ethereal dimension to a song that has enchanted generations since its original release in 1987.
Lyrah manages to add her sound universe to this evergreen by adding her signature breathy vocal, atmospheric elements and unique intimacy that you'll recognise if you have been listening to her previous releases. The instrumental is also absolutely on point, but personally I love the grittier nature of the second verse, due to an amazing bassline that perfectly contrast the otherwise bright sounding track.
