USED 2 / Almond Eyes

One of NYC finest, Nick AM is back at it again with some brand new music. This time we're looking at a double sided single release with the titles "USED 2" feat. Deanna and "Almond Eyes". Nick AM has long been on my radar due to his cool late night style sound, which you'll also find on these two pieces. The two tracks cover two opposing emotional feelings. "USED 2" is about a breakup and the immediate aftermath, while "Almond Eyes" is about love at first sight and the potential that comes with it. Nick AM has so far been on a stint where he has release a bunch of remixes for established artists, which inevitably have come with a certain level of familiarity. It's refreshing to be diving into some completely unrecognisable, which fully showcases his unique soundstage. With a mix of lo-fi, chillout and UK garage style vibes, you're in for a treat.
