Shelter
UK based producer Indigo Eyes continues to establish himself more and more in the scene and now he returns with a strong one called "Shelter" together with singer/songwriter Lily Ward. This single is a chillout indie/dance track that combines some of the elements you will also find with artists such as Kasbo or Petit Biscuit, both of whom we have featured here on MYWLT before. Personally I am a big fan of the plucky/choppy filtered synth chords that make out the core of the melody. This is a sound I haven't really picked up anywhere before, so as a listener this was truly refreshing. Lily Ward's vocal is just the icing on the cake in the end, adding the complimentary emotional layers the track so hugely benefits from.
