The Chase (SUNDRESS Remix)
Portland based duo Jack & Khal aka SUNDRESS are responsible for this sweet, sweet version of Emmit Fenn's "The Chase", a single that dropped last year on his album The Last Dance, Pt. 2. Gone is that rolling monotonous synth line that made up the original, switched out with a much more dreamy, organic and open sound that culminates into a groovy, danceable main part that really takes this beautiful track to another level. To me, this remix is better than the original! Unfortunately SUNDRESS' version is not an official release you will find on the major DSPs, however it has been whitelisted by the management of Emmit Fenn, allowing you to stream this masterpiece on Soundcloud and Youtube for now.
