Spinning Back
First of all thanks to everyone following the blog. Yesterday the follower counter over on Hype Machine reached 1000. Thanks for sticking around :)
--------------------------------------
Today's first post is called "Storm" by Justin Jay feat. Chris Lorenzo. Unlike Justin's last track called "Mind Games", which was oldschool funky, this new track is much more dark and mysterious...like a "Storm" I guess, which would make the title very fitting. The track starts out with some marching band style drums, along with a very deep sub bass. The track develops and around 3 minutes you get this oldschool house synth kicking in, alongside some atmospheric pads that really open everything up, like there's a break in the storm. It's a great track and a great theme! Make sure to pick up a free copy of the track via the link below:

Up next is a track called "Spinning Back" by Australian producer Atlas feat. James Chatburn on vocals. The combo is flawless and while it starts out as an pop ballade song, it develops into the most amazing electronica track, with a catchy melody and clubby vibe. This unusual balance between these two genres works like a charm and it's refreshing to come across and listen to. "Spinning Back" is available as a free download. Get a copy via the link below:
